Throw Back Thursday!
Last night, I was going through some old pics and came across this beauty! This is from one of the very first group classes I lead. We were gathered outside in the magnificence of Rock Springs Run Reserve (more specifically ‘Kings Landing‘). If you have never been, I highly recommend making a trip there. The water is gorgeous and clear. You can hear the wildlife sounds all around you as you breathe in the crisp, clean air. This particular day, we came across a momma otter. She was very pretty and quite protective of her young, I might add! I later learned that all kinds of nature’s creatures are commonly spotted throughout a normal day. Even though yoga is a relaxing activity by itself, the experience of yoga in the great outdoors is the epitome of healing therapy. Where you do you like to have your yoga practice at? Do you have a favorite space somewhere in nature?
